There are also 18+ natural amino acids with nutrient rich properties in our silk, which are the building blocks for protein in your skin. Pure silk is known for its effectiveness in both the prevention of ageing, as well as being a natural skin-moisturising agent.

Instructions:
1. Shake gently before each use. Simply spray 3-4 times above you and above your pillowcase to create a calming relaxed environment for sleep.
2. Lay back, relax and focus on breathing in and out deeply.
3. Repeat as needed. The natural calming scent will start to fade, unless you choose to spray again.
