Shipping Policy and Pricing

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Manuka Dreams. Please see below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:
No shipping time is guaranteed due to the possibility of freight delays beyond our control. However, below is what should be expected if there are no delays. All of our items specify the estimated delivery date, this is a guide only, not a guarantee. 

If items are in stock, orders are processed and sent within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. All North & South Island (non-rural) orders will be delivered within approximately 2-3 business days following the dispatch date (if there is no mention of a pre-order estimated delivery date on the item you are purchasing).

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.

Shipping rates:

South Island
- Standard order rate $9
- RURAL DELIVERY (All orders - Please select this option at checkout): $12

North Island
- Standard order rate $9
-RURAL DELIVERY (All orders - Please select this option at checkout): $12

NOTE: If you are requesting delivery to a rural address, please make sure you manually select that option at checkout. Your order will not be processed otherwise.

Australia - $19 flat rate for parcels under 2kg. Please allow approximately 10-15 working days for delivery. This rate is for standard post, it does not include tracking.

UK and Canada - $39 flat rate for parcels under 2kg.  Please allow approximately 14-18 working days for delivery. This rate is for standard post.

Our International shipping is often sent untracked - this allows us to keep the postage cost down. Manuka Dreams is not liable should the items go missing in the post.

For any purchases outside of New Zealand, you may be required to pay customs charges and/or duty tax on your orders. Manuka Dreams is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package if any of these charges are applied.
