Return Policy



We hope that you will be delighted with your Manuka Dreams purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund - if product is returned in a new, unused and resaleable condition. Shipping is not refundable on returns.
  • Exchange/store credit - if product returned has been opened or unwrapped but still new and unused.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back via NZ Post tracking service at your own expense with your order packing slip information inside. We do not offer free returns. 


  • Sleep Mist.
  • Items bought with a discount code or during a promotion.
  • Items that have been used or damaged and not in the original packaging. 
Manuka Dreams reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your return tracking link from NZ Post. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Please email us first if you are wanting to return your product within the 30 days on We will then send you our returns postal address for you to send back to and the requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You can choose from a refund or store credit to purchase a different item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at 
The time for your exchanged item to reach you will vary depending on your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
