Our sleep mist helps to calm your mind before sleep as well as helps to assist with falling asleep faster.

Our natural mist is water based, with full ingredients listed on our website and instruction cards. Always consult with your Doctor if you have any concerns before use.

Yes it does - it creates a calm and soothing environment at bedtime to clear your mind and unwind to help you sleep better.

We have personally tested and managed to infuse our sleep mist with NZ Manuka which is a very unique and rare addition to a sleep mist. Our mist is also Rose Water based, making it more gentle and hydrating when sprayed above you rather than an alcohol based mist.

Manuka is also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Combined with calming Lavender, this enables a natural based soothing environment before bed. Especially if you struggle to fall asleep and unwind.

We have sourced the finest 22-Momme, grade 6A silk which is the perfect silk density for quality bedding. It is always important when comparing silk to check for the standard as only select premium grade silk has the proper beauty benefits for your skin and hair.

Our silk is also OEKO-TEX certified organic so free of all nasty chemicals.

Quality silk has long been recommended by dermatologists for sensitive or irritated skin. High grade silk retains your skin's natural moisture as well as your overnight moisturiser as it does not absorb moisture like a normal pillowcase does. As well as creating less friction, resulting in less irritated skin.

Our Mulberry silk is a natural fibre and OEKO-TEX certified, grade 6A - meaning it is free of any nasty chemicals.

Manuka Dreams silk is antibacterial and hypoallergenic making it very soothing on your face overnight. Our silk reduces friction as well as minimising fine lines, wrinkles and sleep creases on your face. As well as our silk soothes and calms eczema & skin irritations. Mulberry silk also retains your hair's moisture and reduces frizz and bed hair tangles in the morning, not to mention the cooling effect as you roll over in the night. Once you try it, you won't be able to go back to sleeping without it!

We aim to process and courier out your order within 2 - 4 business days. We have outlined shipping time estimates on our shipping policy page for NZ and international.

NZ: We deliver nationwide (excluding PO boxes).

North and South Island customers should receive their parcels within 3-4 business days unless specified on product a pre-order shipping date.

Rural customers: PLEASE SLECT THE RURAL SHIPPING OPTION and allow 2-3 extra days for delivery. 

Australia: 

Please allow 8-10 days for your parcel to arrive. 

Worldwide:

We can ship worldwide for parcels under 2kg. We will notify you if your order goes over this weight - however this is not very likely.

With International shipping - Manuka Dreams is not liable should the items go missing in the post.

For any purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay customs charges and/or duty tax on your orders. Manuka Dreams is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package if any of these charges are applied.

Do you deliver to rural addresses?

We do for NZ customers, just select the rural shipping option when you are checking out. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. 

As our silk is high grade silk, it is delicate but very durable when looked after well. We suggest:

Silk Pillowcases

- Hand wash or gentle machine wash in delicates bag on a cool/warm wash max. 30degrees Celsius

- Gentle pH neutral detergent ie. Eco Store Wool

- Line dry in shade

Scrunchies

- Spot clean with gentle pH neutral detergent

Make sure your mist is stored out of direct sunlight in your bedroom to keep cool.

As this is a natural product, shake gently before each use to mix contents.

Our sleep sets are the perfect gift, packaged beautifully ready to go. If your order is a gift to be sent directly to the receiver, please simply mention this in your order notes and we will remove the invoice from within the packaging and write a message for you.

We have a 30 day return policy. If your product is returned to us within the 30 days unused and in the same condition as purchased, we will accept your return.
